This advertising agreement is between the __________,
known as ____________________ of ______________________________
The Advertiser agrees to pay to K.M. Associates, the
$_________.________ net thirty (30) days after the receipt
of invoice, and K.M. Associates shall reserve for the
Advertiser at least ___________banner impressions on the
___________ or __________ text views on the website.
Disclaimer of Liability and Banner Advertisement
Accessibility
K.M. Associates will make every attempt possible to keep
the _______ online. However, neither K.M. Associates,
the website provider, nor anyone affiliated with the aforementioned
parties will be responsible for the website going offline
for any period of time for any reason, including but not
limited to: natural disasters, misrouting of Internet
packets, “Acts of God”, or any other reason.
The aforementioned parties will not be responsible for
any inconveniences or potential loss of income arising
the K.M. Associates’ website going offline. In the
case where the website were to go offline permanently,
the Advertiser will be reimbursed for any unused banner
impressions on the K.M. Associates website, pro-rated
at the cost of advertisement impressions at the time this
agreement was signed.
Website Usage Tracking
K.M. Associates makes no guarantees that any statistics
provided by the ________to the Advertiser will be similar
or equal to any other published statistical numbers at
any given time. Neither K.M. Associates, the website provider,
nor anyone affiliated with the aforementioned parties
will be responsible for any discrepancies between the
provided statistics and any other claims on usage statistics.
The statistics provided by K.M. Associates are only done
so as a courtesy to the Advertiser.
Advertisement Refusal
K.M. Associates reserves the right to refuse advertising
on the K.M. Associates’ website or the _________
for any reason, including but not limited to refusing
websites that engage in illegal, pornographic, alcohol
related, tobacco related, some non-technical or other
material that K.M. Associates may deem to be inappropriate
or against the general theme of K.M. Associates. All such
refusals are at the sole discretion of K.M. Associates.
By signing this agreement, you state that the site being
advertised does not engage in any of the above advertisements.
K.M. Associates uses the following technical specification
of advertising to be placed on the K.M. Associates’
website.
* Format:
GIF or JPG format (Interlaced for GIF)
* Size:
468 x 60 maximum – 400 x minimum, 10k Maximum
* Animated
GIFs Allowed
* ALT
Text not Supported
Advertising is sold on a yearly basis
* All
ads are to be give to K.M. Associates on digital format
(preferably .jpg., but will accept .png and others).
* Ads
must not exceed 2” x 3” when viewed on a video
display mode of 640 x 480
* Ads
can be modified a maximum of 5 times per year.
* Ad
will be placed on page of advertisers choice as long as
space is available.
* Upon
payment ad will be placed on the website in a timely fashion.
* K.M.
Associates does not take responsibility for the website
going down due to malicious causes. If the site
is
down, due to other causes, for an absorbent amount of time an agreement
will be made for
compensation.
* K.M.
Associates is not responsible for errors in submission.
* Ads
will be linked to another website per advertisers request.
* K.M.
Associates reserves the right to refuse or delete any
ad, or link to an ad, we deem inappropriate.
* Banner
style ads may be permitted after discussion with K.M.
Associates.
* K.M.
Associates reserves the right to alter the placement of
an ad on its page of origin whenever the need
may
arise.
* The
terms of this agreement are viewed as acceptable by the
undersigned party. This agreement will be in
effect
for one year upon placement of ad on the K.M. Associates website.
Ad Information
Prices for Advertising on K.M. Associates are as follows:
Standard Directory Listing – Includes business
name, address, phone and fax number.
Price: $75.00 per year Plus Directory
Listing – Includes business name, address, phone,
fax, email link and 25 word description including color
highlighted text. (includes free link to your website)
Price: $100.00 per year Web Link –
From any standard directory listing to an existing website.
Prices for Banner Advertising on the K.M. Associates
website are as follows:
Banner Ads (Animated Display Ads) –
Includes an animated graphical display and with your business
information located throughout the K.M. Associates website,
with a clickable link to your website, or ordering information.
Price: $40.00 per month or $100.00 per
3 months
Prices for Coupon Advertising on the K.M. Associates
website are as follows:
Coupon Ads – Includes a business
card located on the website.
Price: $30.00 per 3 months.
By signing this agreement, the Advertiser states that
these specifications mentioned therein will be applied
to any advertisement material provided by the Advertiser
to K.M. Associates. Any advertiser that refuses to supply
advertisement material in accordance to this specification
can be found in violation of this contract, and K.M. Associates
reserves the right to refuse such advertising by the Advertiser.
If the Advertiser is found at any time to engage in the
aforementioned activities, K.M. Associates reserves the
right to annul and void this contract.
Disclaimer of Damage Liability
Neither K.M.Associates, the website provider, nor anyone
affiliated with the aforementioned parties will be liable
for any damages resulting from the Advertisement or anything
resulting from entering into this agreement.
Agreement Bindings
This contract will not be held binding without the consent
of K.M. Associates. Any attempt to enter this agreement
without the consent of K.M. Associates will automatically
annul and void this agreement.
By signing this agreement, the Advertiser states that
the Advertiser is at least eighteen (18) years of age,
and that the Advertiser has the legal and financial means
to enter into a binding agreement.
