K.M. Associates will make every attempt possible to
keep kymmartellassociates.com online. However, neither K.M.
Associates, the website provider, nor anyone affiliated with the
aforementioned parties will be responsible for the website going
offline for any period of time for any reason, including but not
limited to: natural disasters, misrouting of Internet packets, “Acts of
God”, or any other reason. The aforementioned parties will not be
responsible for any inconveniences or potential loss of income arising
the K.M. Associates’ website going offline. In the case where the
website were to go offline permanently, the Advertiser will be
reimbursed for any unused banner impressions on the K.M. Associates
website, pro-rated at the cost of advertisement impressions at the time
this agreement was signed.
